Demos Are Easy. Working in the Field Is Not.
Most AI projects look excellent in a presentation and turn into a prototype nobody owns once they reach the floor. The reason is usually not the technology: the team that wrote the solution never saw the process, integration was left to the end, and no success metric was set at the start.
We build it the other way round. Our engineer embeds inside your team as a Forward Deployed Engineer, the problem is defined on site, and the metric that decides whether it is solved is written down in the first step. Nobody commits to a large investment before seeing a measurable PoC.
We use AI for speed — not as an excuse to ship unreviewed, untested code. At the end of the project the code, the model and the documentation stay with you; your team being able to operate the system is part of how we measure success.
